Ruth is a Muhinda by clan hailing from Busanza in the Northern constituency of Bufumbira.
She is a married working mother and the first Treasurer of a Bafumbira world affiliated initiative; “Bafumbira world investment club”, a job that she performed so perfectly well and earned herself the title “Madam Mutebile”!
Ruth holds a bachelor’s degree in laws from Makerere University and a Postgraduate diploma in Legal education from the Uganda Law development center. She is an advocate of the high court, and currently working with the Inspectorate of Government.
Ruth is motivated to see a society free of harmful Gender perceptions and her daily wish is to live in a community that embraces social transformation in oneness.
