Bwindi Impenetrable forest

Bwindi impenetrable forest national park in south western Uganda is the most sought after world class tourist e=destionation which harbours more than half of the world’s remaining endagered species – the mountain gorillas. The park is located in south western Uganda in Kisoro district on the western edge of the rift valley and covers about 321 square Kilometers. Its misty covered hillsides are blanketed by one of Uganda’s oldest and most biologically diverse rainforests, which dates back over 25,000 years and contains almost 400 species of plants.
