Yitwa Edward Babona Tumwisige. Ni Umukono w’Umugirimana ya Bigirimana, umukara wa Rukara rwa Kabuce, Umufumbira wiyemera.
Edward hails from Muramba in the southern constituency of Bufumbira. Edward was the interim General secretary at Bafumbira World. Today, he is a team leader in charge of talent development and a great promoter of culture and traditional practices among the now generation.
He holds a First Class Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a post graduate diploma in Environmental Hydrology from Hydraulic Research Institute Cairo, Egypt.
Edward is currently working as an Engineer with the Ministry of Water and Environment. He is also a passionate and practicing farmer. Edward proudly identities with his heritage.
